Under this starry starry sky,
The first star i see so bright
I wished for my love, i wished for you
Only your love tonight.

You are my guiding light,
my sweet moonlight
'Tis only you that i need
'Tis for only you, my heart does bleed

Even if the stars were a thousand, a million, 'tis true
I'd wish the same wish for you;
To be by my side tonight
'cos you set my soul alight.

Every time i wish, to touch and see
That silky black night's satin shine
To grab a star, to make it mine
Though it is undeserving of me...
