Down in the dark
no one knows they're here
I must not tell
I've been warned
Mutiny-
will only bring disaster.
So I quietly listen
to the threats.
I make no response.
None is expected
or even required.
I maintain my
position in both realities.
A tight rope walk-
with no net.
