Mystery - Poem by Eve Smith
A secret smile.
Someone who hates goodbyes.
A locket thats jammed shut
A song with no name.
A note from a stranger on an blue piece of paper.
Better left alone but you wont find the answers later.
What's the secret behind that smile?
Why do those eyes haunt your dreams?
Who said the sad goodbye?
Who's picture is in the locket?
What did the writer call that song?
Why give a note to a stranger? Why on a blue piece of paper?
So many questions so few answers.
