Nameless Stranger Poem by Halana Williams

He must've been a stranger..
When they saw her come to the hospital she
was alone..

She might've forgotton about him..Didn't tell
him she had a baby...
was going to give her away for adoption..

The faceless woman, i could care less about
until later in my life..
But i want to know the nameless stranger..

I want to know..did he see her? sign
the papers...the one who signed my life
away to someone else.. who could take care of me?
so she wouldn't have to...

His thoughts, what were they? did he love me?
did he care about me? or was he as HEARTLESS as the woman..
tossed me aside like SHE did? ...

I doubt it..
well at least i keep saying that
when i think about him...
