You always took care of me when I was young
I never understood what that meant until now
My mother was all alone, except for you, of course
And when she had a problem, you were the one to call
There was that special bond between you and me
But now I don't know what to think
I know I'll see you again, sometime later
But for now all I can do is remember
My mother's mother will always be around
At least in my mind…
