Nature Poem by Matteo Unger

Nature

Rating: 5.0

A great tree in full growth,
a forrest of old oak.
The sight of a great under growth
for i love untainted nature
for it is a refuge of both peace and beauty.

Something about he sight of a mountain
climbing high, peaking far into the sky
sets my heart aflout
for nature has limits.

The sound of a rippling brook,
or water fall down from above.
How peace this is to a busy mind
oh how i crave to get lost in time.

For nature holds no anger or drama
the evils of city life.
It holds only beauty and light
two things i very much delight.

For nature was a gift from above
a gift of tender love.
How i wish i would take life slower
and enjoy the beauty that is nature.
