Nature's Paradise Poem by Nick Rohner

Nature's Paradise

Jumping, bubbling, babbling brook
Flowing, rushing, beckoning me to take a look
Ice cold, crystal clear
Erasing all my fear

Warming, cleansing, sunshine
Making me realize I'm fine
Filling my heart with light
Chasing the dark away

Calm breeze,
The lush trees
Everything so concise
In nature's paradise

Dangling my feet off the bridge
Into the clear water
Washing away
The pain of the day

Playing peek-a-boo with the animals
Watching their every move
How calm they are, no fear
They do not worry of the day ahead
