Nature Therapy Poem by Gautam Sen

Nature Therapy

Some of my discoveries I want to let you know,
Would be of some little worth, if you go with flow
Life may not ever go on tracks of golden glow
On reaching dark sometimes seems to be deadly blow.

Looking for something best with mind full of drabness
Someone we then look for to get us out of mess.
Some adages I would place to make you morning fresh,
If you can try them all, you'll find you out of mesh.

The firmament stretched above so vast with shining cast
Awaits your glance a bit to embalm mind’s downcast.
How to feel it you know? Just raise your downward eyes,
Welcoming azure smile would dawn you with sunrise.

Eyes are mind’s windows, so in its depressed state
Open your eyes for vision to reach horizon's gate;
Keeping in mind this line so fine and accurate,
Earth is kissed by the sky lying on a green carpet.

My citation of clues are simple but countless
If said in a nutshell, Nature features calmness
Where we can find solace in a dire depression –
Our Mother Nature offers a great magic potion.
