Nero And John: Part 1 (Translation From Latin) Poem by Nathan Vigil

Nero And John: Part 1 (Translation From Latin)

John Galba
It is to go I wish
To Rome Nero. Tell me
Why not, thou to die?
Nero Drusus
Galba of Greece I shall be to go
I exhale for life and man a thousand.
John Galba
Thou Nero thou art Roman
Thou art Rome’s watching tyrant
The scum to send, I send the ruins!
Nero Drusus
I wish to go thus far
I ask thou, Galba?
John Galba
Why not, thou to die,
For Rome? Rome!

Nero Drusus
I am senator Drusus
From Rome
As thou, thou art a senator.
John Galba
Galba kills Drusus.
