I think its safe to say
You and me will never be

You’re just a distant imagery
Try it as I may
To say that you are feeling me
Deep inside I know
There just ain’t no you and me

And the tides crash down
And I hear a sound
And it reminds me of you
I try to cry
But the tears fade by
Cause there useless to me
Don’t solve a single thing
You and me
Will never be

People tell me to be patient
That the right one will come around
But they don’t see the pain I’m facing
They think I’m just replacing
True love for my own expectations
But it’s you that I want
Its you that I sought
To set me free
