Never Be Demanding Poem by Ray Hansell

Never Be Demanding

Rating: 5.0

You gave all your love to me
I gently held it in my hands
You were the one to make me see
To help and understand

That love can be a fragile thing
As it can easily be broken
A symbol of love can be a ring
Along with words that are spoken

Love that exists between two
Will take work and understanding
Treat each day as brand new
Above all, don't be demanding
