Ethereal Eden

Never Gain - Poem by Ethereal Eden

Never 'gain his love I'll feel
For chains have bound my heart.
Never 'gain sweet laughter laugh
For all I've known has split apart.
The darkest shroud I find, I'll wear.
The blackest veil, to hide my face.
And sit apart from all mankind,
In grief dissolve, leaving no trace.
