You used to make the sun shine for me
Until you saw another
And you seemed to drift
I couldn't make you see anything
Because all you saw was the dark
That tore out my heat
Little by little
I just wanted you to see
What true love really was
And when i think about it
You never really made me happy
You never made me see my dreams come true
I couldn't choke out any of my own thoughts
Because you would degrade me
Just for thinking them
I can't handle it
And I can't hear it
But when I keep thinking
And somehow smiling
You never made me happy
You never told me enough
I just wanted you to see me
And I can't now
Because your with her
So goodbye, darling
And have fun
