When life's become too tough,
and you don't think that you can cope,
When you've had just about enough,
And you're losing all your hope...
When things are looking bleak,
And you see no point to living,
When you're tired and feel weak.
And you're fed up of just giving...
When you're sad and weary,
And life's become a struggle,
When each day gets more dreary,
And your minds all a muddle,
Just remember, there's a reason,
That life is sometimes so hard,
Each day is part of a season,
From your birth to the graveyard.
Struggles help you endure,
They're life's many tests,
If you see them as life's manure,
It can help you become your best.
So don't be discouraged and don't quit,
Just keep on doing what's right,
To your dreams, you must commit.
And keep them in your sight.
You have the can-do power,
Within your Godly soul,
So whether your life is sweet or sour,
Your attitude, you must control.
Your future depends on how you see fate,
And to what attitude you keep.
Is your heart filled with love or much hate?
You sow what you do reap.
When you push past that pain,
Your second wind kicks in,
You have so very much to gain,
When you run the race to win!
Don't worry about the future,
Don't look so far ahead,
See it as one long adventure,
You CAN enjoy it instead.
Take one day at a time,
And believe that you can do it,
This mountain you can climb,
If you choose to never quit!
