Nevertheless, Still Human Poem by Mary Yang

Nevertheless, Still Human

Some people are hot tempered,
Some are cold hearted and forget.
There are many of these in the world
Nevertheless, they are still human

Some are easily bothered,
Some become full of regrets.
Of things that happened daily
Nevertheless, they are still human

Some people are shy,
Some people are bold.
There is no shame to that.
Nevertheless, they are still human

Some are full of hatred,
Some are full of love.
Feelings we all have some time.
Nevertheless, they are still human

Lost in wonders of the world,
Consumed by earthly materials.
Expectations developed by society,
Stumbling or rising everyday in faith.
Nevertheless, we are still human

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
As different as we are, we are all still human. We were made equally, female or male, but all in God's image. No matter what, all should be loved the same. At the end of the day, you and I are humans living on the same world.
