New Beginnings - Poem by Free Faller

The ending starts
The beginning ends
Taking pride
Holding hands

Step by step
You walk to death
Closing your eyes
Taking the last breath

Letting go
Of what you had
Falling up
Your wings start to flap

Spread your arms
Let tears go
No more violence
No pain, no more

This is a death wish poem Free Faller, or more appropriately a re-birth. We must stay and fight the pain, or come back and have to do it all again. The last line could have been stronger imo, but it is a strong poem anyway.10 from Tai (Report) Reply
