Tonight, I need someone to sing me a lullaby
Because that maybe the only way I’ll get sleep, tonight
The bright, bright lights of anger and pain
They burn into my eyes, until I can’t see straight.

Tonight, I’ll dream about you and me
That is if I even if I ever get to sleep, tonight
I’ am sick and tired of the frustration
I just want to relax for one day..
JUST ONE DAY…….

Can we go back,
To before we ever happened?
Can we start over again, even if we never become friends?
The silence and the blank stares kill me,
And tear me apart..
So I ask you please
CAN WE HAVE A NEW START?

Today, I’ll pass right by you again, and watch you walk away
No expression on your face
No I don’t love you anymore, at least not in the way I used to
But seeing you, walk right by me,
I’ll admit makes me a little blue
I miss being friends and making plans
With some of our other friends
And I wonder…
CAN WE EVER?

Can we go back,
