My Homeland, my Nigeria
The Jewel of the West
And the Pride of the Nations
Land of great hearts and minds
Courageous and brave as the lion
The Eagle that soars above all
Giant of Africa and the Star in the sun
A land flowing with ceaseless milk
Rivers of honey is her hallmark
Good people and a great nation
Most blessed of all her compatriots
Serene weather and tropical climate
Greenland with exotic terrain
Natural scenes beautifies her nooks and crannies
The amazing hills and valleys of the east
The mountains and fountains of the west
Highlands and lowlands of the south
The savanna and desert of the north
How I love your vistas, oh! Nigeria.
