Night Sky Poem by Rajai Williams

Soft whispers of the night
With the wind so calm in the gentle night sky,
Ocean waves so gently calm,
Grasping reality in its palms.
The Angelic voice of the hooting bird
Trapped in a trance by it's magnificent chirp,
Glistening stars dancing to them selves
With the captivating moon as their audience.
Mind so calm looking at nature,
Curious to the mind of what it features.
Wishing that it could last forever,
but nothing ever does,
So I gotta hope for tomorrow.
