No Breach Poem by Hailey Agnew

No Breach

Can you tell me?
Can you speak the truth?
Can you set aside your petty problems,
and tell me what to do?
It's not my fault I hurt your pride,
back then I thought I'd died.
But back then I thought I'd gone to heaven,
and now I exist in a pit of hell.
But do you know what you did?
Could you even tell?
You made me fall in love with you,
and fall I did so fast.
When I hit rock bottom,
of course it couldn't last.
When I hit the bottom,
it broke my heart in pieces.
It can't be put together again,
my happiness decreases.
I love you,
but now every time I see you,
you break my heart some more.
You'll always have one piece of it,
to keep forever more.
I'm sorry that I spoke my mind,
but I have boundaries.
As much as I love you,
I will allow no breach.

I like this poem for a couple of reasons. One being I can relate to it quite well and that it is real, you're strong and it shows through this poem and so many of your others. Great :)
