No Man Can Resist You Poem by Frank DeFulgentis

No Man Can Resist You

we suffer the same
each in our own way
we fill the silence
laugh each day
at the decay of morning
wandering off
to secret corners
we ruminate
the forbidden

you watched as he
dangled
the faint scent
of cologne
you listened
to her groan
each word of
insinuation
i’ve seen you visit
this place
in her mind
