No Regrets Poem by Clayton Laiche

No Regrets

As the sun rises over the hill top, all I can think about is today is a new day. And just another chapter of the life I am writing. Last night I stayed awake with my head buried in the grass looking at the stars counting all the mistakes I've ever made, thinking to myself that life is not about the choices you make but how you conquer and and learn from them. I've conquered many of things, and looking back I see that I never really took the time to think things out. Just reacted out of the notion everything happens for a reason. Maybe now I will dig a little deeper and put out more. Cowboy Up. Two words that say so much. Two words when said at the right time can be just the thing to get you back on your feet. From now on I live with no regrets. Regretting just one thing....can be the end to everything.
