No Trait Can Fully Define You. - Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

No trait can fully define you.

Think of a bad trait in you and analyse
whether you have the opposite quality also in you.

Thus break the grip of your conditioning.

Free your mind to see the larger picture about yourself.

No trait can fully define you.

Reflect on a negative quality in you and study that characteristic, then see if you have the opposite attribute in you to counteract it. This, in turn, will change your behaviour. No one quality can define the real you. Allow your mind to see the whole you, with both positive and negative and to accept you as you are, unconditionally. As a human being we facilitate both negative and positive, so we can improve on the negative and add to the positive. Wonderful though provoking poetic gem. Thank you for sharing dear Tonyyyyy (Report) Reply
