There is so much unsaid
An air that feels so cold
Every word spoken
Every bit of voice heard
quenches unseen flames;
revives a soul.

Every glint of hope
catches my eye.
All strings waiting
for a hand to hold.

Something is lacking
Just one thing,
decides not to fall in place-
A will to move on.

Will that deceives me
Will to forget;
To shred a past-
past that still remains present.

A shield fails,
fails to protect
but seldom does it
fail to hide weakness.

How it feels to be
lost in a moment
when time runs out
and yet everything is all the same;

How it feels peaceful
drowning in thoughts
cause they are all you've got

Is one thing i can answer to
Allow my heart to open up
and you'll see..
