None But Hers I Dance To Poem by Nontobeko Dlamini

None But Hers I Dance To

Her bossom heaves only for me
And time standstill within me.
Its the thud from her heart,
Love's purest rhythm
And the heavenly hymn
Do pause a moment but long.
Love beguiles me to dance along;
To surf this vast ocean and the tides
Of love to carry me across to the other side,
The craddle of her lone island.
There i will dwell for as long as the gravity
Within holds us in unity.
This is the song i dance to, it is her
Heart that renders
Incantations to sooth my troubled
Soul.Sweet melodies to quench the deepest
Yearnings in my heart redubled.
In her eyes i see a tempest
beautiful and have i dreamt.
O! Dreamy eyes, they take me on a journey, intent
To sail these seas of love withme, its her
Through it all i know its her
Dreamy eyes, that shines bright
Promising a better dawn alight.
Bright, bright she smiles
And melt the frost in my eyes,
For all i see is her beauty.
I will dream no more of distant serenity
But the one i find in her.
