I just sit here in a dream
I just think about
How I tell myself I don’t love you
And how it’s over
But I can’t forget and act like we never loved before
I can’t walk away from it
No matter how many times I tell myself there’s no more us
I guess it was just stupid of me to think I could have you as my guy
How stupid of me to love you like I did
I tried so hard not to get hurt
But it happened
I fell right into your love and I couldn’t get out
It’s like I was in a trance
But even now that I’m out of your arms, I’m still in that trance
And I can’t gat out of it
Your love is so mesmerizing
It’s gonna take more than a snap of a finger to get me out of it
That’s how I think you’re love is here to stay
So until someone sets me free from this painful dream
I’m all yours and yet it feels so right
And wrong at the same time
