You say you're only loved for your looks,
Instead of your knowledge from books,
But there are some, you know it's true,
That because of your mind, they love you.
I, for one, love you for who you are,
You're an angel sent from the stars.
You have a beautiful mind, body, and soul,
Flowers bloom wherever you go.
You're smart, clever, and funny as well,
You came and brought me outta hell.

To your heart, I want the key,
And I want us to be,
Together as friends or much more,
From my heart these words do pour.
I wanna be the one who makes you happy,
And I want you to love me.
To make you smile I'll do anything,
I would give you stuff and dance and sing.
Anything for a smile on that face,
I would play you a song on my bass.
I would pluck the moon out of the sky,
Just to see the sparkle in your green eyes,
And I'd shield out the sun so you'd have shade,
Anything for your smile to not fade,
Anything for your smile to be made,
Anything for your frown to fade.

And in my eyes you'll always be,
My beautiful friend, oh don't you see?
That I don't love you for your body,
But I love you because you make me,
Happy, happy to be alive,
Trust me girl, this is no jive.

To be with you is all I want,
Not those things that commercials flaunt.
Kiss your lips, I want to do,
And be happy together, just me and you.

I just want to be with you Devyn,
For being with you would surely be Heaven.
All that I have said will always be True,
And no matter your looks I will always Love You.
