Not Now

My eyes widen
And so does my mind,
When I think
Of what I might find
New thoughts that course,
Through my brain
As naturally as blood flows,
Through my veins.
With every step
Adventures will come
But as soon as I leave
I'll forever be gone
I take a look forward
And I shake my head,
Whatever's the point?
I'm going to bed.
