Not Right Poem by Brianna Wilshusen

Not Right

Please don't insult her,
Please don't be heartless.
She's not right you see,
But that's no excuse.
For my sister,
I truly love.
She has been hurt,
By me I know.
As I try to heal,
I bring harm to her.
I do not wish this,
It just has to be.
For I love myself not
And so for me to heal,
I must be all alone.
I cannot help me,
If others are here.
I don't want her to hurt,
But if I stayed this way
She'd only be hurt more.
You see I don't wish this,
But it just has to be.
My sister,
I love her.
Please don't harm her,
Instead harm me.
