Not Too Old Poem by Kelly Zender

Not Too Old

Life it feels is just beginning,
I've survived so far, not seeing the bitter sweet end;
I truly feel I am getting quite old,
So many years left untold
I find myself cautious, where I used to be brave.
I no longer feel, the unconscious rage,
So what ever tomorrow, or the future may hold,
Whatever God blesses, my life to behold;
I will be forever thankful, for this life that I led,
For the love that I've felt, and the new beginnings to come
Life is precious, Precious as Diamonds,
How true this is, as we become old.
