Life is a series of choices
Every moment we decide what
We will do in the next moment,
Either through good habits or
By considered thought

This is the beauty of life, our
Ability to consciously choose
And with courage

Courage is not recklessness
Courage has confidence,
Wisdom, and awareness

We assure that our choices will
always be consistently good
when what is happening to us is not

It is a conscious choice, not a moment of panic
There is no honour in recklessness
There is much honour in courage
