Nothing But A Dream Poem by Asha Adeana

Nothing But A Dream

when I wake
My dreams seem to fade
to which i could never remeber
the reality sets in
but no one not even i wants to go
for reality is just to hrash
you was always in my dreams
but never my reality
never was you beside me
but always in a dark place
only when my eyes were closed
you could have never held my hand
walk me away from the dream
to the reality in which we seted fourth
but the dream is all that came up
the memoirs and time
just slips and fades
to a place no one wants to remain
a dream that you could never remeber
for here i rest and shut my eyes
to see that one face
that one touch
for in reality
a white rose is just a white rose
not the rose of only our true love
in reality is where i know i'll die alone
not in a dream with a soldier of true love
for i've gave up the blue filled eyes
of this so called soldier trapped my dreams
the dreams that could never be seen
yet i still see the blue eyes when i sleep
forever and ever i'll wake and see
the gray rose inwhich sat on my nightstand
for it was all just a dream
and now my reality sets in
