Now Is The Hour Poem by Iniduo Iniduo

Now Is The Hour

How much heat do you need
to stop the cold.
How much water
to quench the thirst.
How many ears
to hear the voiceless.
How many eyes
to expel the blindness.
How many acres
to feed the greed.
How many words
to get the message,
how loud and clear?
How graphic the pictures
to stop the awe.
How long should the sun shine
to call it a day.
How long the moon
to illuminate the night.
How many more tomorrows
do you need to tear down the fences.
How many more lessons
to learn.
And how many more are
out there like you?
