It was so dark and cold
In my black and white world
Nothing grew there, it was all dead
The curtains were closed for so long
The door to my heart locked tight
But then you came into my world
With a rainbow of colors
You changed my world
When you laughed that smile of yours
It went straight to my heart
It lives inside
And the lock jumped open
I never felt a wind that was so warm
The sun shined through and melted the frozen land
Roses blossomed for you and me
Now that you’re here
It’s all so much brighter and floating with colors
That I’ve never seen before
Now that you’re here
My heart and soul are alive again
And calling out for you,
The one that made me see that without love life is nothing…
