O Breath Of Heaven By Gio Masserati

O Breath Of Heaven
laying back breathing in the melodious fragrance of the hour
a six thirty evening coolness from aloha's summer breeze
enveloping her expressive spirit in luxurious petals
white gardenias outlining a delicate lei of desire
purely lavishing in nature's finest sun-drenched tropical oils
coconut pina colada lay lopsided with tattered hot pink umbrella
O Breath of Heaven
Breath deeply drawn in to loosen from the days revelations
a pouring out spilled onto once empty now filled sea scrolls
she knows it not to be coincidence of bending winged air
showing up to partake in a chance to peek at her heavenly breath
they take her in, as in unison, the tantalizing life giving source
O Breath of Heaven
her beauty given surrender to artistic imagination
strengthened joy of peaceful relaxation
stillness tips his contented hat to the serenity of quietly being
of just being
being
leaves flutter in a sway, replacing her once grandiose ideas
the danged stress of doing, aways proving, more, more, more
Caressive sunshine rays melting a striving for perfection
laughter and smiles erupt, fun, a light-heartedness
glee
leaving her anointed in thoughts of graceful splendor
she is now enough
you are enough
I am enough
O
Breathe on me
O
Lovely
O
Breath of Heaven

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Healing from perfectionism and growing in spite of the world's expectations...show me the money! ...the lie that you are only as good as your last performance...being you is enough!
