O Holy Man! Poem by Mukul Ganesh

O Holy Man!

O holy man
Knelt on the ground thee pray,
In sought of forgiveness and renewed faith.
Longing for miracles for from this path that thee hath stray, blinded by these whisperers of god as thy indulge in words they sayeth.

O holy man
Awaken thineself of thy foolishness,
Emphasizing thy god on thine child shalt only bring more sins in thy name. Until death thee immerse in deceptions longing to banish thine horror of helplessness, religiously chanting hymns to this illusion in a frame.

O holy man
Force thee not thine child to embrace thy lord,
for it is he who hath blessed her with those celestial eyes. Let her learn to embrace the truth of life through her own vision but not of thine word, for she too shalt realize this mystery of god through her faults and her cries.

O holy man
Wise in thy thoughts and worn in thine body, thee art yet to learn of this truth of thy lord. For thine faith is merely a discipline thee embody, leading a life dictated by fear through those devine whisperers and their heavenly word.

O holy man
At the brink of death shalt thee truly unravel this mystery of god, a truth thee shalt hold forever by thine grave in quietness. Let her lead a life free from this quintessence of thy lord, for in the end she too shalt arrive and lay amidst that quietness...........
