கொஞ்சும் கிளியே! குளிர்நிலவே! என்னுடைய
நெஞ்சுள் புகுந்து நிலைத்தனையே! - வஞ்சியுன்
பஞ்சு மலரடிகள் பட்ட இடமெல்லாம்
விஞ்சும் வளங்கள் விரைந்து! - பாட்டரசர் பாரதிதாசன், பிரான்ஸ்
