Isabgol Husk Relieves The Constipation Of The Elders Naturally!
Elderly sons of very elderly father
must realize the problems of senility,
Especially in voiding of urine frequently,
very weak streams from urethra to floor evenly;
mostly spilling over the knees down
necessitating to clean and wipe both the legs!
The suggestive remedy is to make him
sit in the western closet and urinate!
Very elderly father's mobility is restricted
with shuffling steps; intake of food and
bowel movements are also restricted
resulting in constipation chronic ahead!
The rehabilitation treatment is to combine
fiber content vegetables and banana fruits
along with food; Drink ‘micro-ionized Isabgol Husk'
fiber powder 10 grams dissolved in water at night!
This facilitates to restore bowel regularity,
relieves the constipation of the elders naturally!
Vegetables and bananas could be good but not as effective to other people. It could be helpful to drink water a lot also. Same with me, I go through this remedies when I got constipated. It works on few days but then again a week after I have been in constipation again. My doctor prescribed this Digestic from Mimonis to me and fortunately it is very effective and brings no side effects to me.
