Obsession On Cloud Nine - Poem by Heather Hill

Maybe I am obsessed over him but maybe I'm just in love with someone I hardly even know and why shouldn't I be?
We're a lot a like in many ways you see and I know this may sound crazy but I love the way he talks and the way he makes me laugh
Sometimes he even has me crying cause I'm laughing so hard
We can talk all day long if you will let us
Sometimes when we talk our conversations are so random and sometimes there's even a silence between us but we have fun talking
He listens to what I have to say and I listen to what he has to say
He loves me for who I am and he respects me
I don't have to tell him anything I don't want to
Over obsessed you think?
Maybe it's the tension in the air that surrounds me when I talk to him cause I feel like I'm in love
He's the one I seem to think of and everywhere I go he's the only one I see
This obsession that I have is driving me a little crazy
You see he's the only one that I've felt for this way
I'm spinning on cloud nine and it feels so great to finally find the one for me
I know there's no such thing as perfection but in my eyes he's perfect to me
