Ocean Night Poem by Terri A

Ocean Night

The still, vast ocean

Waves, sway

Mimicking my unstable thoughts

Some violent,

crashing against bold rocks

Some soft,

greeting the shell-covered shore

The moon shines bright

Full

In all it's beauty

As it accompanies me

Through this sleepless night
