Bonfires massive
magic light
contained
within
unending night
deep into the darkness
shadows
dance with flame
silence awakens
with a roar
embers glow
sparks
flash
soon extinguish
some relight
enchanted
imagination
haunted
desolate
fear
beguiling wonderment
arm and arm
demon
and
divinity
aromatic blaze
of
cedar
pine
and
ash
black locust limb
Halloween is here
once
more...
