It was last summer
When the sun points most towards the earth
When all the flowers bloomed
That was the time I blindly believed you..

Captivated by your precious eyes
Foolishly got swept away by your sweet words
Didn’t really think about it once
Never knew that you would break my trust
And rip my heart away..

You mentioned my sweetest smile
Yet your words are bittersweet
You say “with all my heart”
But forever is over

Your mellifluous voice
Your charming face
Kills me like the sweet taste of poison ivy

You said you'll be there for me forever
but now look
we're walking on seperate ways..
