Ode To Sharon Olds Poem by Alicia Mogollón

Ode To Sharon Olds

Rating: 3.8

Sharon oh Sharon
how do i love
thee

oh let me count the ways
i love thee for thy diamond hilted dagger
with which you puncture

inhibition
and all that is taboo
i love thee for thy

razor sharp honesty
and disregard for conventional aesthetics
Sharon oh Sharon
thy quill be mighty as the body that bore child.
