Ode To V Poem by Dillon Crawford

Ode To V

We march with pride,
For what is right
We face the whole English might
But it was all worth it for that wonderful night
Behind our masks there is a idea
A idea so big you couldn't fit it in a galleria
An idea of peace.
Once that isn't controlled by the military police.
We gather by the millions,
and yet, we are but civilians.
We gather on the fifth,
To watch the parliament get blown stiff.
Remember, remember the fifth of November.
