Oh Crying Times Poem by Minerva Agriam

Oh Crying Times

I felt lightheaded as if moved,
By invisible smoke twirling along the winds;
Giving rare sweet fragrance;
And it's you that I found.

Lying on my soft bed with
A small picture of yours on my hand.
Made me reminisce our sweet times;
Together as we played and danced,
Dream and hope and woven a life.

Now you are suddenly gone;
And only this small picture of yours
Holds our memories together.
It is here to stay and see my tears.

Oh crying times so blessful.
Like the falling soft rain,
So bountifully refreshing.
Washing away my fears and
Taking away my pains.

A richly poignant verse. I love the thought of the soft rain, likened to our tears, slowly washing away our pain. Beautifully rendered.
