We baked our cakes and decorated
As careful as could be
Then placed them on a table
For all the world to see
The hours went by as our best was done
From the inside to the out
So when we are a winner
We give a might shout
And right beside our entry
A perfect pie is seen
You can almost taste the juiciness
Beneath it’s shinny sheen
Look over there, a bug display
That person really knows
About those little insects
From its tiny head to toes
Flowers sweet and dainty
Are on display as well
Collection plates are beautiful
It’s so like show and tell
So come on down folks
Enjoy our best and listen to the sound
Take a day or two and be
Oklahoma State Fair bound!
