RIC S. BASTASA

Old Dreams Are Simple - Poem by RIC S. BASTASA

rubber slippers on my feet
for christmas
fried chicken wing on the table
a cup of white rice
a glass of water

gazing at the stars and the moon
cool winds and shadows of tree
silvery river
a wooden boat and a paddle
with you
beside me
