Smile you not,
Talk you not of love and marriage,
Speak you not loudly before,
Stay not when I am indoors,
You try to live in the outward guest house.
You an ever growing young boy
And the tale of his
Together with that of the old-timer dad,
Giving a tougher time to deal with
His age-old thoughts and ideas.
The old dad will deal with household affairs,
Not the son;
The conservative father can talk of all,
But the young son cannot talk of love and marriage.
