On Psalm, Isaiah & Mathew Poem by Angie M..

On Psalm, Isaiah & Mathew

I've had a lingering vision
this morning, it came to pass…
shadows brushed by each branch.

I could faintly see it before
a lively eagle perched,
its searching eyes peering through
and each leaf, a blessing
distinctly dazzling,
as little bits of light were strewn.

I knew that the Spirit had shown it to me
(and in His truth, it brought forth youth)

There…were fragments of buds already bloomed,
as I kindly tossed seeds of gratitude
and fostered my anticipations.

And then I heard the springtide
calling to me to remember

I had been close to here before

through the nearby cliffs, I could see the crows
swooping in
picking plenty.

I've had a lingering vision
this morning, it came to pass…
shadows brushed beyond each branch.

I felt a sense that there is nothing
insufficient in my way,
and in the meadow, remain
wait

the crows have become scarce.
