Everyday on paper I read your pretty name,
And when I do, it leaves me never feeling the same.
Oh I never thought, I could miss someone just like you,
And even though I wonder, if these feelings are so true,
But right now, I can honestly say I love you.

If I remember the last time I saw you it’s been awhile,
There are so many things I’d do, just to see you smile
The highest of mountains for you, I would try too climb,
And even though I may not be thinking clearly at this time,
But right now I can say honestly I love you.

I miss how you were, always the loudest in our gang,
The times we spent with hopeless love songs, we sang,
My thoughts are on how I miss your pretty green eyes,
And even though my mind may just be telling me lies,
But right now I can say honestly I love you,

Even though to me, you will always be the one I adore,
Painfully though, thoughts are thoughts I can not ignore,
Even though when everything ended nothing seemed clear,
And how you could move on with out even shedding a tear,
But right now I can say honestly I still love you.
